My sky q box keeps disconnecting from virgin wifi. Every other appliance in the home remains connected and I have to reboot everything (Q&router) daily some times 3 to 4 times. Is the box faulty I've had it a while?

I'm having the same issues apart from last 2 days I can't connect my virgin to my sky box at all
