I don't have a services button on my remote, and there is nothing linked to 'services' when i press on the home button

downloads for catch up on sky q too slow

I've reset the hard drive to resolve slow downloads to Sky Q and problem persists

SKY q: can't download programmes

I've reset the hard drive with help from technical support. But the downloads from catch up have slowed down to about 1 hour for an SD download of less than 1 gig.  Now they have stopped downloading altogether, with a message about due to technical issues, programme can't be downloaded
