Cannot seem to download series episodes on channel 4 and 5

I can watch programmes such as Yellowstone and the Good Doctor on sky channel 4 and 5. Have watched the first couple of series but when I click on series 3 to download it is prompting me to upgrade??? Is there an issue with my skyq box? If not what is the point of having it if I can't download series??

hi @Chernooba  whilst you can watch C4 & C5 in HD without the HD add on I think you need the HD add on to download in HD - if you don't have the HD add on try changing your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

I can see Good Doctor series 1 and 2 are on Channel 4 but Series 3 onward is on Sky Witness. Do you have the HD pack? if not you will need to download the episodes on Sky Witness in SD.
