It's saying it's not connected to sky q box or the internet been like that since yesterday

The  box itself won't turn on at all no lights nothing

My sky mini box will not go past blue screen where it says when your screen goes blank press the home button it just keeps rebooting from that point tried the reset button on the back all is connected to the Internet and the mine box down stairs even tried disconnecting the leads and still the same

My mini box turns on but not getting anything else I keep getting error  MR104        
I have tried all the trouble shooting and it's still not working

@Sky199712345 its hard to diagnose when you have said you have trried allthe troubleshooting it would be easier if you could say what troubleshooting you have tried but incase you haven't tried 

 

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box

The mini box is not working i'v tried all the sky suggestions and it still not working
