Hi
So Sky has activated sky go extra. Bit it's not working.
Go to settings on the Q box click confirm, nothing. I've rebooted the box, the Sky Go app says no Sky box.
Can anyone help before I go back to Sky. And it's been over 24hrs since I got it back on my account.

I was told I needed sky go extra, which is a separate cost. If you don't have multi room.

@The+Clairvoyant if you are wanting to connect to the Q box to download recordings from it the afraid you do need the multiroom subscription the link below explains about all aspects of Sky Q
