Sky don't use email for general communication so that probably explains the lack of a reply.

Free gift,half of the 20 or so movies to choose from are free if you have sky cinema,no new release films,was hoping to get the minecraft film for my grandkids,the rest of them are nowhere near £20,anyone that hasnt received the link,dont worry your not missing anything in my opinion

Where does £20 come into it. The pro rata rate for the time of the outage (about 12 hours for the majority), would only equate to a maximum of a couple of pounds based on a monthly subscription. The free movie offer is a good will offer and not compensation as such.

Even less in my case as it took the whole of 5 mins to restore fully working services. A few pence more like...

MIne shows 2024 films as being available, I would have thought that was fairly recent...

I have gone to Features and no gift box for me. Just changed to Fibre would that make a difference to where I need to look. They dont make it easy for us do they??

No difference at all @Somerset3 

The only thing that would make a difference would be if you were not on Sky Q 

You do need to look at your SkyQ Tv menu under Skystore - then - Featured or Top picks 

Many people have found the Sky store gift tile over to the right and / or down a line or two

Thanks for your help. We had to send our Sky Q Box back when they fitted Fibre so only have the puck. Im going round in circles. 😔

So if since the outage on 15 May you've changed from Sky Q to Stream you might not qualify or might not be able to redeem the offer.

We switched to broadband before 15th May and everything was ok. I have been sent the email saying Gift on us so dont know why I cant get it. Never mind. Thank you all for your help. 😀

Sorry your right about the £20,thats what the newspapers were saying but the movies their offering i can get on sky cinema anyway so nothing gained

They are buy and keep, so you can watch them after your cinema subscription ends.
