Free gift on is

Waht was the fix ? Like others, I can't find any means of getting this "free film on us" ?

Further to sky email 22nd May in view of recent Sky Q disruptions, I am unable to locate the free movie tab nor a selection of those movies contrary to what is advised in the email. DISAPPOINTING

On your Home page go to: Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us

Make sure the movie you choose is marked as £0.

To locate the "skystore gift" tile you have to be on your SkyQ connected TV, but if you can't, post back and I'll talk you through an alternative plan to access it

Just found it. Go to sky store...then featured...I found it on second row third tile.

Why is that @Mrs+T+Redmond can you not find it if so:

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

If it helps you to know @Mrs+T+Redmond we have had a lot of customers posting to say that - at first - they are struggling to locate the tile that says "sky store gift" - but if they look across to the right a few tiles and often down a row or two - they locate it - (on their SkyQ menu )

Hi 

Sky has issued a gift as a thank you for recent service problems that can be access through the Sky store.

But why can't we access the more recent films in the store than the ones been offered instead ?

Giving some of us have been a loyal Sky customer with full service packages, which we recently renewal.

Should that Sky can offer this option...
