You offered me a gift due problems on the 15 May how do I tretrieve it.

Hi all, just received an email from Sky about the technical issue on the 15th may, any way it states We’re gifting you a Sky Store Buy & Keep movie — it’s our way of saying thank you for bearing with us. To redeem this gift, go to your TV homepage and visit Sky Store. Click on the ‘Your Sky Store gift on us’ tile and choose your movie. Once downloaded, this is yours to keep forever. You’ll need to make your gift selection

I can't find the Your Sky Store gift on us’  Any help please 🙏

Works for me.  Look under 'featured'.

(All items have the price crossed out and show £0.00 when selected)

On a separate note I can hear the complaints about the 'compensation' already 🙂

You need to follow the instructions on the email. It's a genuine email.

Thank you for replying, that's the problem the Your Sky Store Gift On Us is not showing, I've checked everywhere, 

I think I'll have to contact Sky,

The email I received from you today stated that I could claim my Sky Store gift by choosing a movie of my choice. I've followed the instructions and am unable to find 

"Your Sky Store gift on us" on my TV to access my gift. 

Please assist.
