How do i access a list of films?

The email you were sent did say to claim your free film before today so you might be to late.

Go to Sky Store > Featured > Top Picks > Your Sky Store Gift On Us. Make sure the film you select is shown as being £0.00.

The tile was there a couple of hours ago. The offer closes at some point today.

I found the featured items but all still wanted to charge with buy or rent - nothing free.

You need to select the " Your Sky Store Gift On Us" icon to see the (very poor) selection of free films.

Hi @DavidJH9956 

It's the "Sky store gift" tile itself you need to click on with your Sky Q remote 

A few people have assumed that the free movies are those on screen adjacent to the blue and gold colour free gift tile - but it's the tile itself you need to press enter on. That will take you to the 59 movies which should be showing as £0 if you select one.

Hmm @DavidJH9956  odd 

so inside there you see 59 movies? Things like Bridesmaids, The Thing, Venom etc. 

and when you press enter on one, you don't see £0 ?

If not £0 and you are a Sky Q customer, and you haven't already chosen one, I'd try a livechat with the Skystore support team - link here
