I'm on Sky Q and can't find the link.  We suffered the downtime too!

(for example)

I am a Sky Q customer, and I had the issue.  I received the email with the offer but the tile is not there in Sky Store.

It has changed since yesterday and the free gift is now further down the menu under Top Picks rather than Featured so the answers and images in this topic are no longer correct.

 

It's harder to find now and since many people couldn't even see it when it was right at the top, they have no chance now.
