@Devonfred12 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Screen going blank having to reboot all the time would you be able to send a new one please as I have had this box a while

Afraid you're not talking to Sky on this forum, we are all customers like you. I could normally escalate your post to get Sky to contact you, but unfortunately their system for this is down until next Wednesday.
