Sky and TV package

I have a sky subscription. How do I know which apps are free with sky? I am paying for all the apps ATM. Should I be? Just wondering my wife and I are paying for nearly all. I remember when it is sold to me supposed to come with free Disney. How do we get this? Is this still an item on our package?

@Williamhoare  The only app tiers that are included within a sky basic subscription are

discovery plus basic and Netflix standard with ads

hi @Williamhoare

In addition to what @SKY1992bf says, Paramount + (with ads) is free if you subscribe to SKY Cinema

Edit : Note Netflix is not free as such but often bundled together
