Sky QBox Poor Connection and Poor Wii

We had Virgin for many years and quite happy! We moved house and could no longer get Virgin, so changed to Sky. We've put up with terrible connections from the QBoxes, always switching them on and off and not great wifi. This has been for two years. We still can't get Virgin, but fed up with rubbish service from Sky when it's also Soooo... expensive!
Who do we change to to get all the choice of channels and good wifi?
