Sky stream is shocking!
I've been waiting to get through to a advisor and been hung up on!
mouths moving don't match the audio.
apps close when on Netflix and Disney and then crash my tv so I can't watch anything for 10 minutes.
internet promise doesn't stand for anything as that's terrible, telling me I've got over 500mbs and can't even watch a video on my phone without it loading!
absolutely fed up with it and the service is shocking. We need a technician out asap!

There is no in-premises technician support for Glass/Stream television.
If you are referring to Sky Broadband provision, it's best to post in that forum.
