Poor Satellite Sky Q

For just over a week I have had poor signal so the picture is blurry and the sound jumps about. When I check my settings it says that I have good satellite signal. I cannot watch anything on Sky or anything I have recorded but anything on demand is fine. I've tried turning off from the mains but nothing works. Any ideas?

Sounds like the dish might have got misaligned. Sky will need to send someone out. I've escalated this so they can chat to you.

Recordings from before the problem started?

Prior to the problems all recordings have been fine. I now have to delete all recordings and just watch things on demand which is a pain

I mean are recordings which predate the problem also affected by the problem?
