We got a message to say there was no internet connection on Sky Q even though other devices are working online through the wifi. We tried putting in the password for the network in again but it won't accept the password which is correct and we have tried multiple times but each time Sky Q does not accept the password and says in is incorrect. We have tried rebooting Sky Q as well as our hub but each time its the same. What do we do?

Hi @Rousee
Assume you are on 3rd party Broadband and not with Sky.
The Q box needs the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz band.
Who is your Broadband supplier?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes the router have a wps button? If yes then you can click this then click the wps button on the front of the Sky Q box to automatically set up the Wi-Fi connection.

That's only if you are Sky Broadband @twilight+princess
With 3rd Party broadband you have to use SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz band.

It's worth trying imo.

I suspect all routers will have a WPS button but you cannot normally use it to connect a Q box unless you are on Sky Broadband with a Sky Hub
