Sky Q mini box

I have spent an hour trying to fix this!. Currently my sky Q mini is stuck on a screen that says accessibility on sky Q and I cannot move it on. I cannot move the settings or skip and set up later. The remote seems to still work and have replaced the battery. I'm getting very frustrated and cannot speak to anybody at Sky to assist

hi @Lsj1 

 

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:

Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)


Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together


If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV

Thank you. That sorted the issue out. I spent an hour last night and got very frustrated. And that took 5 mins to fix.
