Not working sky is shot

The sky q packed up , no one was available to help the deaf via text 

The assistant goes round and round with no solution 

Then I get a text that they are picking up the faulty equipment today , no one told me before hand nokabel no packing instructions 

So I delayed the puck up as I'm not there and tried to print a return label as I had no instructions from sky 

The label is for royal mail and NOT DPD who are bringing the item and collecting the return , even the. I can't generate a label despite filling  in every field correctly 

I am sick and tired of the shoddy service of sky 

Time to leave

@moger4  DPD will bring the returns label/bag with them when they deliver the replacement, all you need to di is make sure the box is ready to be collected and ensure you remove the viewing card before handing over to the driver.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
