Hi, my sky q box won't connect to my sky broadband. I have tried resetting both the sky q box and broadband box several times. I am getting very frustrated now as cannot access my sky q mini box upstairs or any of my apps on my main sky q box. Could someone help please? Many thanks in advance.

Hi @Kirsty0295 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

As part of your resets, have you tried the Network Reset on the Sky Q (TV) box?
If you go to Home - Settings - Setup - Network ; then you see Reset on the right.
Follow any on screen instructions re WPS if you're connecting over wifi.

I have done that and it doesn't give me an option to reset @Quoman7

@Quoman7 no it's the main sky q box and the sky q mini box won't work off the back of the main sky q box not being connected
