We're other customers here - we cannot send you one.

Would suggest first trying the advice here for repairing your Sky q remote.
Pair the remote as in section 3 of this Sky q help article;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-remote

 

If that does not work, select I need help at the bottom of the linked article above and it will provide a replacement remote control online form via a link.
