Sky Q banner timing

Hi. Can anyone please point me in the direction of the sequence on my sky q control to alter time time of the banner on channels.....thank you

hi @Phild52 

 

I don't think there is any such setting on SKY Q

 

BTW you can just press the Back/Dismiss to remove it immediatly you press the button rather than wait

Sometimes the channel banner may stick permanently.  A reboot of the box will fix it.

 

Otherwise, it's the back button as above or wait around 5 seconds.

 

Q's UI is not configurable...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Sky Q rubbish.. I should have stuck with Sky+ box. Why can't the software give you all the same options we had with Sky+/hd box... Another not It upgrade...
