@Bob+Niro @They did replace the box but it did nothing to improve the situation.

@LorLor1 do you know what kind of box you had and what kind did they replace it with? Do you have a smart tv?

New issue for me too. Prime and Netflix jittering on main sky box, haven't noticed on mini. Weird that YouTube signed me out this week on main box, never had that before.
My internet all good (wired connected, with virgin Gb fibre - wonder what provider other folks with issue are on 🤔 ).

Don't think ISP makes any difference. No issues here on 1Gb fttp from a small local provider.

Well, there's a new symptom for me, pixelation followed by black screen of death on Prime video. Things are getting worse, come on Sky, this is ridiculous, pull your finger out!

@Alasdai Have you tried resetting your SkyQ box by unplugging the power source waiting for at least 30 seconds and restarting it?

As said here before, after 26 years with Sky, the long standing pixelation problem has made me decide to cancel subscription.
However as I am on my last couple of weeks with them, I tuned into Sky sports to watch F1, oh dear there was occasional pixelation.
As I will be going forward with a Firestick and as I plan to use Now tv to subscribe to Sky sports, will the pixelation problem still be there? as Now tv after all, is a Sky service.

All my apps are also pixelating and this problem seems to have been happening for quite a while now.
Surely this means that Sky aren't fulfilling their contract?

So I've been having issues same as everyone else since May.
Disney seemed to settle this week and watched walking dead happily BUT last night it was back.
Prime still bad , netflix terrible
No other way to watch via my TV.
So what's worse is that the issue varies itself , it's driving me mad 😡
A customer of over 17 years plus more and now I'm going to cancel my contract for all of it once my broadband ends in November.
Customer service is shocking
Service as a whole is shocking
What happened to them ??????
See Yuh 👎🏻👋🏻
