Hi. My sky router provides Wi-Fi well, for all the devices we use. In the past fortnight or so, we've noticed that the Sky Apps don't load and a message says "It looks like you do not have internet connection right now".
This affects pretty much everything apart from the TV Guide. So I can't use Sky Cinema app Sky Store, Audio and Music, etc.
On checking, the satellite signal is good, but "there is a problem with your network connection". I've followed instructions through network settings and held the WPS button for ages but it says "Unsuccessful Connection".
I've also rebooted my sky Q box. Hoping someone has some ideas?

@nad1611 just checking but when you say you are pressing the WPS button when you are told to press it on the Q box you are going to your router and pressing the wps button on yoir Sky router

@nad1611 same as you following the instructions then press the wps button on the router. If possible you could try moving the router closer to the main box or opening doors it has to pass through
one tghing to try if you haven't already is re-booting your router if that doesn't work you could try resetting your router by pressing and holding in the button on the back

Yeah have tried everything you've mentioned here through the day.
The router couldn't be much neater tbh. Thanks anyway.

@nad1611 if the router is close to the main box have you tried an ethernet cable

Yeah have always used an Ethernet cable. Have never had any problems before and nothing has been changed recently to the sky box or router.

Hi @nad1611
If your Q box is connected to your router by Ethernet cable why are you connecting by WPS?
With the Ethernet connected you need you carry out a network reset on the Q box and select connect Wired to Sky Router.

Hi @oldfella
I've just been trying every way of connecting to see what works.
I'm not sure what Network Reset on the Q box means, but if you mean Network-Status-Reset then I've tried that but the "Reset" option does not appear on the right and another user stated that you need internet connection to see that option.
Either way for whatever reason, it's not visible as an option.
I've not come across an option to select "connect wired to sky router" either.

Hi @nad1611
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect wired to Sky or 3rd party router.
