Sky Q 2TB Box Green Vertical Lines

Hi All. I was upgraded last week to a 2TB Sky Q box as I was having connectivity issues before hand. Anyway, connectivity issues have gone but now I get frequent green lines appearing vertically all across the screen at random times on all sources of program (Stream, Live or Recording) so I know it's not a satellite signal issue it's almost certainly a box issue (changed inputs and hdmi cables) that needs resolving. I have Sky protect but because I had Sky Stream for 1 day, L&G cannot arrange an engineer as the Sky system is telling their system I have Sky Stream!

Been on hold for what seems like days now! 

Can anyone point me to a speedier process?
