I've just downgraded my very expensive sky tv package to just Sky Essentials as I find I use Netflix and YouTube more than the Sky channels.
I've come home today to find I can't access any of the Apps in the Sky Q box which I already pay for separately such as Netflix, Amazon or YouTube?
Should I have access to the Apps in the Sky Q box with Sky Essentialls?
Has anyone else had this difficulty ?

Thanks. I had already seen that comment about the Apps but wasn't 100% sure as I'd been struggling to access my own apps today.
I think it's likely an ongoing issue with the Sky. Broadband which had severe problems last week and appears to be struggling again today.
