Netflix not working

So I currently have Netflix included in my package - although it has signed us all out and when I am trying to sign in it is saying no email address or phone number is active to an account . Which I pay for monthly in my bill with yourselfs . I have contacted Netflix and they have said they cannot find an account with my details - although it has been working fine all day . So it is obviously something with yourselfs ?

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
