Hi @Elvis0951

This is the same for all users.

Hopefully it is an issue which will be corrected by Sky

Has anyone been able to talk to someone at Sky about this issue? It's been going on for a number of days now and I can't seem to get anywhere using Sky Help.

Hi all,

Thanks for reaching out onto Community and confirming this issue with the Cinema genres section.

Teams had replicated the issue and this should now be working.  Do let me know however if you find that to not be the case 🙂
