Waiting for a replacement Sky Q box but it still hasn’t arrived

I am moving house and we have been told that we will be receiving a new Sky Q box, however we still have not received this

@Ella33  have you initially a home move to transfer your services?

 

if you have there should be no need for a replacement box has you just use the existing one (which you must take with you , do not under any circumstances leave it at your current address or dispose of it)

@Ella33  In addition to the above if new hardware is indeed being delivered it will be dispatched to the new property not your current property
