I want to set up a second account, at a second address, and arrange s second box at that address.
Seems to be impossible.
I can upgrade my existing Sky HD box to Sky Q. But that isn't what I'm after.
If I set up a second account - Sky Q is not available to purchase.
Streaming is no use to me as I want to timeshift sport.
I've done this before and it wasn't a problem. I just spoke to someone.
Can't do that either.
Is the answer to use Virgin and record to one of their boxes?

Only offers me streaming. No Sky Q.
I've tried a number.of times on different days. I presume Sky Q is only available to existing Customers and they are pushing streaming at "new customers".

sky Q is still available to all customers current and new but it's not easy to find on the website unless you know how to

It won't offer me somewhere to add my address.

Right - i have now logged in again as different customer on the Sky Q link - and......
It gives me a page saying
"Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now.
Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account."
Thus account so far has no products added to it - so that's the status.
It was like this when I had a go at it on Wednesday.

so long as you are logged out before clicking it it should load sky Q allowing you to sign up as a new customer at the second address

Hi.
I logged out of this account and followed the link.
It gives meca Sky Q page.
You have to choose one of two prompts.
"Got Sky? Come on in?"
"Get started"
You login to an account or register. I registered a brand new account (I'm actually on my third new account..:) )
It displays a screen saying "We can't process your request online right now."

you need to be doing it as if you haven't got sky (which you haven't at your second address)

you need to click the blue get started button
you will then see the page below follow the instructions from there
Do not click the sign in button on either page

I'm in and I've completed my order!
Well done!
I ended up selecting tv packages rather than the actual hardware - and that gave me the option to select Sky Q.
