Satellite Signal & Viewing Card Issue
Hello, two issues, not sure if they are connected. Viewing card pairs for a long time then just stops, doesn't necessarily show an error message but it does say no satelitte signal. I have two spaces for a satelitte cable in the wall but currently only have one cable to trying to connect with just one in SCR. No luck. I've rebooted and reset, I've tried multiple times with SCR and Wideband and nothing. Do I NEED to use two cables? Is the viewing card issue related to the satelitte signal?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @walkerteddy
If you are on a communal system then you only need one cable and the Q box LNB must be set to SCR.
Bear in mind that whenever you change the LNB Type you need to power cycle (reboot) the Q box for the change to take effect.
