SKY Q TNT CLARIFICATION

Thought I'd post this prior to contacting the call centre and going round in circles.

After being more or less forced into SKY Q I was connected up a couple of days ago and have just noticed I can no longer access TNT Sports on either the main or mini boxes.

Message on screen advises I need to upgrade my subscription which I have checked and it's all up to date.

Should say I subscribe via BT which was always the case with the SKY+ HD box.

After reading the forums there seems to various permutations but from what I'm picking up it seems to be dependant on who you subscribe to, no matter who it seems I should be able to get on the mini box which is not the case with me.

Just spoke with my son in law and he gets TNT via his main and mini boxes, he thinks he subscribes directly to SKY but since he's on holiday unable to confirm this.

.

Can someone please clarify the following :

1. Should I be able to view TNT on both boxes, or any box for that matter ?

2. If so do I have a fault on the box ?

3. Like my son in law how do I get on main and mini box ?

Any help appreciated.

@Robert.C  If you pay bt directly the first thing to do is check that bt have the correct viewing card number if your previous card has been replaced with a new one

you can only watch on minis if pay bt for a second box subscription

Hi @Robert.C

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky (and pay Sky for your Subscription) then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also subscribing through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included and Discovery plus is upgraded to premium.
If you pay BT directly for TNT Sports on Sky then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.

Re: SKY Q TNT CLARIFICATION

Hadn't even thought of the Viewing Card number.

Just contacted BT and all sorted.

Many thanks
