I need help resetting my tv pin as i have forgotten it.

Hi @GaryDanielle 

You can do this in your Q box.

Go to the home menu and scroll down to My Sky.

You will see an option to reset your Pin

I am visiting my elderly mother who has sky. 
she is unable to watch movies because she has forgotten her PIN 

please can anyone help with this. 
i will try to reset pin, but she dosent have any of her passwords etc

Unless it's been changed previously it's usually the last four digits of the viewing card. She can find it on the box via Home - Settings - System info.

@Nadine1970 the pin number is normally the last 4 digits of her viewing card number this can be found by pressing home scrolling downt to settings then system info 

Try changing it to something like 1111
