Sky Q mini boxes losing connection with Main box when left in standby
My sky Q Mini boxes have suddenly started to lose their connection with my Main Sky Q Box if the are left in standby mode, when I switch the Tv back on I have to go through the settings and Connection to Sky Q box every time to get the mini boxes ( there are two of them) to connect, sometimes this doesn't work and I have to reboot the Q Box to get them to connect, I have had Sky Q with the mini boxes for a few years and never had a problem, we have had no changes with our network settings. I think there is a fault with the Sky Q box and both mini boxes lose connection not just one of them, can anyone help.

Re: Sky Q mini boxes losing connection with Main box when left in standby
Hi @WillieLue ,
Try this,
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
- Select Preferences, followed by Standby mode and select Active instead of Eco
