Recordings lost
This morning my sky q box would not switch on. I unplugged at the back, waited 30 secs etc, plugged back in, got the usual when screen goes blank press home message. But when the screen went blank the box just switched off again and home would not work. I tried a couple of times. Went to work, came home, tried again, and now the box does switch on. But it has lost all recordings, message says you have no recordings or downloads. We had a 60% full HD. I looked on here, which suggested switch off/unplug/on again. Still nothing. To clarify, it was working perfectly the previous night, no anomalies, no external factors. But overnight the box has gone haywire. I realise that I can get purchases back, but there were some sentimental recordings that I'd be upset to lose. Is there a way to recover the recordings?

If they are gone and not in deleted then I'm afraid they cannot be retrieved
