You will need to contact sky and the channel broadcaster about this as with it being a non sky channel sky don't care about thumbnails when it comes to a non sky channel sky just say nothing we can do it's down to the broadcaster or they might say it don't impact you watching it so we won't do anything about it
it don't matter if we can watch the programs or not sky should still do something about it or work with the broadcasters to fix it any thumbnails issue weather it's a incorrect or a generic thumbnail that should be separate related to that episode thumbnails on sky, sky don't seem to want to let the broadcaster know of the issue they expect us to contact the broadcasters ourselves and we shouldn't have to contact broadcasters ourselves sky should do that as it's in their platform and as broadcasters say it's down to sky where as if sky contact them then the issues with thumbnails might get fixed so best to contact broadcaster sometimes the broadcaster might say issue with sky so then you just have to keep getting on at sky till they do something about it
