I can get ITVX on my main Sky Q box and another mini box, but on a 2nd mini box the ITV app is not recognised. I have tried rebooting the mini box having unplugged it for 5 minutes but the bix messages that the app is not currently available.

All now resolved.
HAving googled the problem I came acrosss a couple of useful suggestion and updated the software on the micro box (it was a repalcement for a faulty one and was running on 190 not 220) and then did an app refresh. ITV X now recognised and accessible.
