Q remote has connected to glass

I've switched back to sky q I've set the box up but the remote has linked straight to sky glass now I can't access sky q because remote controls tv and not the q box

Try repairing your remote again;

1. Hold 1 and 3 together until the red light flashes 4 times.
2. Select Continue and enter the brand of your TV.
3. Select Find it for me.
4. Press the volume buttons on your Sky Q remote and see if this changes your TV's volume.
   • If it doesn't work, select No, try another until you find the right setting.
5. If you have a Sky Soundbox or speaker system, select Yes and follow the instructions or No to finish setup.
6. Select Finish.

Hi @Pauly1 

With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to glass TV

Thanks so much fpr the help,I can now view sky Q but any idea how I can use remote for volume or do,I now need 2 remotes

hi @Pauly1 
In the remote pairing process you should be able to pair the remote to the glass TV to control power on/off and volume..

Glass Television should be in the pairing options.
