Problems voice sync Sly Sports main event UHD

Same here, as described by others, during Forest-Man U game. Lip sync way off during game, adverts better (but not perfect). I've noticed this before, and a restart fixed it, but not this time

Same problem for me, seems to have got worse. 
No way I'm switching to glass or Stream though, I'd rather switch provider as the delay on live sports is shocking

Sky seem to think it's an issue with the customer. I have told them that there are several customers suffering and it's an issue that has happened in the past. It seems that Sky did think their short term fix would work, but obviously not the case

Yep same, yesterday and again today. Very annoying, thought it was the soundbar at first but seems not if you have had the same.

Hi had the same problem  sound keeps dropping on & off tried using  a different 4K cable but still the same perfect on normal HD but we pay for UHD so should be right

Hi I must admit I had the tennis on yesterday ch 401 uhd and had no problem

For me the issue occurred on pl uhd 402 pressing select and the issue only seemed to occurred on premier league matches. Lets see what happens this weekend.

That tennis isn't UHD, it may be on the UHD channel but it's original broadcast isn't in 4k. Much like the golf etc on the UHD channel 401 it's just the standard HD broadcast upscaled (badly). You will get a psuedo HLG HDR effect but thats it, the sound sync issues seem to be occuring only on a true UHD broadcast from SKY such as the footy 👍🏼.
