Sky GO is available on Apple TV 4K boxes which can be attached to your TV.

hi @TipTop16

You really shouldn't loose signal unless there are thunderclouds or similar

Maybe worth asking SKy to check the dish alignment - unless the trees are specifically in the way of the dish & the Satellites (approx 22000 miles above th earth) in which case  it will depend on what alternatives are availble.

Sky stream isn't affected by the rain at all. Satellite tv can be affected by the rain, if it is extremely heavy. Normal rainfall shouldn't affect your picture via satellite - I would suggest your dish is misaligned

Whilst you get your dish alignment sorted @TipTop16, worth noting that using the "big screen" version of Sky Go only works on the likes of Apple TV or game consoles if you have a multi screen subscription. Sky help says it works on a console if you have "Sky Go Extra", but I'm not convinced that is still correct.

If you have a laptop or PC you can plug it into yourTV and that will work, as long as Sky Go believes the TV is the only monitor.

Sky wholehome is required to use Sky Go on games consoles or Apple TV box. Also worth noting that the BBC channels are not available

It is slightly different for those with SKY Q - BBC channels are available when SKY Go is connected to the SKy Q box (which neds the Q equivalent - Multscreen to connect)

22000 miles above the equator though, which is not at that high an angle from the UK, especially in Scotland.
