I've just been looking at my package on my Sky app and I'm a bit confused. When I Google Sky Signature it says it includes Netflix but when I Google Ultimate Add On it says that is for Netflix so have I been paying for Netflix twice for all this time?! Please can someone advise?

As you have probably discovered Netflix isn't part of Sky Signature but is currently bundled with it.
Netflix will show as Ultimate TV on your package.
Assuming you subscribe through Sky
Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD)
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack On Sky Q.
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.
