I'm having the same issue...had no problems until today. I've turned off at the mains and left off for a minutes...still the same issue...anyone any ideas to resolve it?

Dowloaded and set up discovery + app today and getting same issue Eroor 1b-1001 not internet

Experiencing the same since 1pm. Have rebooted, signed out and in to app, updated Sky Q software. Strangely it wasn't working on one TV so I tried the one in the lounge. That worked for 15 minutes before stopping and displaying the same message.
Hopefully when people get home from work and try later tonight there will be an avalanche of complaints so Sky might consider doing something. Probably aDNS fix.

Same for me. I have the whole always returns to the start if I'm watching a program but don't finish it. Which is a whole other bug bare. Fast forward to where I left off and it errors 😔

Ive had the same issue I thought was just me its driving me nuts as if no internet I wouldnt be able to login to discovery or use anything

I just googled the error code (Error: 1B-1001) to see if I could figure out the issue & came across this thread
Unbelievable that people have had this issue since 2pm & it's still not fixed
