Not able to watch discovery plus, displaying error 1B-1001

I've been having the same problem all day, I rang Sky and was told to refresh the apps which I've done but the problem still persists

I'm the same rebooted everything twice over and still can't get logged in either

we have  Had this same problem since lunchtime did all the checks un plug re set stand on my head turn round three time with fingers crossed no help

just tried again  guess what same error code.
sky bot no help .

Internet is working .

Right pain

I have the same problem. It fixed on its own, which took a week till it was back but its just done the same again. I'm well annoyed I thought it was back for good but it won't play anything now. So frustrating

Don't think this is sky's problem, I think it's the crap discovery plus app. I have start from the beginning and watch it a couple of minutes behind
