Was this a Sky+ box (where you have posted) or a Sky Q one ?

Sky Q box arrived today by royal mail ive set it up but there is no viewing card with it, or will that arrive separately?

@Tigz23  Was it a replacement main box or a mini 

 

if the former you should have kept the card that was in the box that was sent back, you will now need to call sky and request a replacement card 

 

If the latter no card is required

Are you a returning customer ?

 

SKY have a habit of (incorrectly) assuming that customers keep their viewing cards and tend not to send one automatically.

If this is the case you will need to call to see if they have sent one or more likely still need to send one
