I can successfully use Prime Video and Disney+ from my Sky Q main box. However, when I try to access either of them from my mini box. I have issues with each of them. When I first accessed Prime Video, it said I need to sign in. This I did and registered the device as instructed. Then, when I selected Prime Video from the mini box, after logging me in, when I tried to watch something, the message 'something went wrong' appeared after a few seconds into the first screen advert. When I then tried to access Disney+, after displaying the start screen, I was told I need to subscribe to Disney+. Does this mean that I can only use these 2 apps from my Sky Q main box?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreMight be with first restarting your Sky Q mini by removing power off for 30 seconds
For Disney+, launch it from the apps page and on the first screen, look for the sign in screen, rather than the Get Sky Disney+ link.
Would suggest if you are having issues once signed in, doing an app refresh on your Sky Q mini;
The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

Thanks very much for yor reply.
I decided to do a software update on both my Sky Q boxes and this seems to have resolved my issue with Prime Video when using my mini box.
I am not too concerned with Disney+ as I get this free through my bank and, therefore, do not use it very often. When I do, I will be quite happy to use it on the main Sky Q box.
Best Regards. .
