No Apps

Hello I had my Sky installed today but I still have no apps on the home menu I have tried all the suggestions I have found online my Sky q box downloads the software update but once I put box into stand by and it comes back on again it still shows the same software version does not matter how many times I try it also tried refreshing the apps but nothing just the best of sky app nothing else

That is the latest software, so no point in trying to refresh that again (it is a shame that the software doesn't indicate this)

 

You could try the refresh apps a couple more times but it might just be a waiting game now ( depending on how many times I would suggest at least one more)

We do know that the refresh apps soemtimes needs a couple or more  'kicks' to work 

 

If you don't get the apps by, say lunchtime tomorrow, let us know & we can refer you to a  team that supports these groups
