I've not seen that error message before. If a message is displaying ”No signal” it tends to be from your TV not being on the correct input (check the HDMI cable between the Sky Q box and your TV)

Any “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.

A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.

Doesn't sound like a Sky error message?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Are you perhaps a subscriber to Sky Network Television Limited in New Zealand?

https://help.sky.co.nz/s/article/t100-no-signal-atmospheric-conditions-warning

This forum is for Sky UK, part of Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) : Sky (NZ) would be different hemisphere, different continent, different country, different satellite and consequently different reception hardware which generates error messages we don't see here.

Unless you're actually using a box with that firmware in the UK/ROI, I guess, but I'm pretty sure that's not possible...
