@zarby wrote:Yes exactly that is what thought, but sky said it was not hdr so i ordered a new box with hdr and had to pay for it.
Do you see HDR content in the All Formats menu for downloads?

The original post was for my old Q box with hardware 32B12C the only reason i changed this was that i was told that this is non HDR.
but now i see it seems that is was HDR. Now will contact sky again and see what they have to say about this and get a refund .

Sorry, thought you still had the old

Sky are still saying that my previous box was not HDR compatable, so i paid for a new box which they charged me £99 and the hardware version is 32B108
Old box 32B12C.
I should have checked with my new tv before sending the old box back to see if it was HDR or not
but still very confused.

hi @zarby
As I mentioned it is quite possible that their records did not match the actual box you had.
The 32B1xxx series are easy to tell as they are the only ones with a separate power supply and are all HDR capable

Yes finally and thank you all. Sky have now admitted they had the wrong information and the old box was HDR so will now credit me back.
I had to speak to almost 7 different agents in 3 days before i could get the correct answer.
Thank you all again.

Hi guys just another quick question, my old HDR q box was on software q230 and also the mini boxes,
the new box sky sent is on q220 but minis still on q230
im having issues with network conectivity .
All boxes are hardwired ethernet via network switch to router, do you think its something to do with the software?

Hi
Id asked the same question. Apparently Q230 is still getting rolled out. Q230 still isn't on the DR Stream.
You'll just have to wait until Q230 is pushed to your main Sky Q Box. If it doesn't get pushed, once Q230 is available on the DR Stream, you can manually update your box.
I've no idea when the roll out of Q230 will be complete, or when it will be available on the DR Stream.
Barry 🙂

Hi
I had all 5 Sky Q Boxes swapped out, all of the boxes are now on Q220.
Before they were swapped out, I did have a connectivity issue. The main Sky Q Box was on Q230, and the 4 mini boxes were on Q220.
My main box was on Q230 for a number of weeks, before the mini boxes experienced connectivity issues.
I can't confirm or deny having 4 mini boxes on a different firm to the main Sky Q box was causing the issue.
I haven't had the issue, since all the boxes were swapped out, and all on Q220.
Barry 🙂

I have been reading this tread with interest so thank you Barry for raising it and all the excellent responses. Daniel kindly showed a chart to check your hardware version which I did and mine is 32B2. The instructions say to see comments below but all I can see is something to check the Music section which I did but there was no information there other than asking if I want to add another Bluetooth device, was there something below that I missed please?
I am still on Q220.000.23.00L software.

@Daniel0210 @Thanks for the link. The instructions tell me to press the Home button and scroll down to Music then Your Music. I pressed the Homebutton but when I scroll down there isn't a Music option just Audio and Music but nothing in there that says Your Music
