My Sky Q box will not connect to Wi-Fi despite me rebooting both the box and my router. It just happened all of a sudden last night. Also, I am unable to reset my Wi-Fi connection as this option does not appear when I try to reconnect through my Sky Q box (this is the main box, therefore none of the other boxes we have will connect either). Please help
