Hi
I previously had a Sky Q 2TB HDR Box, connected to my Panasonic TX65JZ2000B TV.
I've just had my Sky Q Box replaced. It's 2TB. If I press Home and then go to, Settings>Setup>Audio Visual, I can set the Picture Resolution to 2160p UHD 10-Bit.
How do I know it's a HDR Box? Apologies I can't remember.
I've also done a Software Update, the version is Q220.000.23.00L. I'm sure that my previous SkQ Box was Q230 Software Version.
Thanks in Advance
Barry 🙂

Check :
Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version
If 32B0xxx is it is UHD but not HDR, if 32B1xxx or 32B2xxx it is HDR capable
BTW Q230 is mid roll out - some boxes have it but many are still on Q220 with no option to manually update to Q230 at the moment

Hi
Thanks for your quick response. I've checked and my Sky Q Box is 32B106.
Ah ok, I'd not realised Q230 was still mid roll out. Hopefully it will be on the DR Stream soon 🙂
Thanks

I've not had a chance to update my signature. I only got the new Sky Q Box an hour ago.
I'll update my signature a bit later on, thanks 🙂

Hi
I've update my signature now. I thought, I might as well update it while I'm on here 🙂
I keep forgetting, if I want to reply to someone and quote their post, what do I need to do again? Press the quote marks, and then reply?
Thanks in Advance
Barry 🙂

hi @Barry+Mc+Kelvey above the text edit window you should see various icons.
To Quote a reply use the double apostrophe symbol
Just to tag someone type the @ sign & the first few letters & it should list those you want to tag

Hi
I've another question.
I had all of my Sky Q Boxes replaced, Sky offered to replace all five of them, so I wasn't going to complain.
A the previous Sky Q Mini in the living room, my parents had two Sky Q Remotes setup, to control the TV and the Sky Q Mini. Don't ask, they just wanted their own controller lol.
Anyway, since getting the Sky Q Mini Box replaced today, I can't setup two Sky Q Remotes. If I setup one, the other stops working.
Anyone know how I can resolves this, as it worked before on the previous Sky Q Mini.
Thanks in Advance
Barry 🙂

it can be done but a bit fiddly.
Only one can be bluetooth - the other must be set to IR but after pairing with the TV
So 1st pair the one you are going to use as IR - when paired ,
Press & hold 4 & 6 to set to IR only
Then re-pair the one to be used in bluetooth mode (& can use voice control)

Yes exactly that is what thought, but sky said it was not hdr so i ordered a new box with hdr and had to pay for it.
