Thank goodness for this forum.  I'm also having the same problem and we've had Sky Q for a good few years.  So, glad it's not just me.  Hopefully, Sky will provide a fix soon.  Without Never Miss, this section is often the only way I realise my favourite series are back.

@Ar+Tarn  Same here. Must be sky fault as i came on to report it and lots are having the same problem.

Have a look at the Geektown website. On there you can search for a series and sign up for free emails as to when it's on and on what channel. You usually get the email 7-10 days before the broadcast.

Yes it is I used for years since Sky got rid of there site.

Is there any update from Sky about when and how this will be resolved? Getting an answer on this will stop me having to get on the phone, clogging the support line.

new series section not loading

when i try to access new series in tv guide i get amessage saying it doesnt have enough info this time of day whenever i try to access it
